Villas Magia, Olearia, Jara and Blue Marlin are kept to the highest standard and are located 1.5km from the centre of Playa Blanca - each has 2 bedrooms,two full bathrooms a private electrically heated pool that can only be accessed from inside the villa and surrounded by 7' high volcanic walls.

Alegranza is a very quiet residential complex that has 3 community pools and is maintained to a very high standard 1.5km from the centre of Playa Blanca. We have 4 villas in a row, each equipped as a 'home from home'- there is a private access road to the villas which each have their own private drive set in a large landscaped front garden, once inside the villa you will find a pretty living/dining room with satellite TV, DVD and a CD/radio for your entertainment, a comfortable seating area with cosy lighting and a dining table and chairs, it has two sets of double doors leading out to the terrace that has a large table and six chairs for romantic al fresco dining, the electrically heated swimming pool with integral steps that are ideal for little one's to paddle on, set in a landscaped garden and a BBQ area. There are four sunloungers for relaxing in the Lanza sun and 7' high walls - allowing for privacy and total security. Alongside the living/dining room is a separate kitchen with marble work tops, fridge/freezer, iron/ironing board, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and plenty of matching china and saucepans - you will find everything you need from a bottle opener to pizza cutter! The kitchen has two doors - one to the solana [drying area] and one into the garden/pool area, also downstairs is a full bathroom with wc, full sized bath with shower over, bidet and basin. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a very comfortable King size bed, fitted wardrobes, security safe, hairdryer, and two balconies - one overlooks the front garden with views of Montana Roja and the community pool and the second also has panoramic mountain views and overlooks the rear garden/pool area. The twin bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and also has a front facing balcony. The second full bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms.
As we have four villas it is ideal for those holidaymakers that like to go away with friends or family but prefer to have their own front door!!
