We ask for a non-refundable deposit of GBP100 per week at the time of booking, a reminder will be sent out 8 weeks before departure for the balance, upon receipt of the balance an information pack is sent to you with all the details you need on how to find the villa, the code to the keysafe and ideas on places you might enjoy seeing during your stay in Lanzarote. 06th January - 30th June GBP450 for two people,01st July - 31st October GBP500 for two people, 01st November - 21st December GBP450 for two people, 22nd December - 05th January GBP600 for two people - please add GBP25 per person to the above rates for three/four people, children under 5 are free-email or call for prices in euros or USD.
